Ten-Year Limited Warranty
Marco warrants its products to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of delivery, unless otherwise noted under Exclusions & Exceptions. During this period, Marco will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or issue credit (up to the original invoice amount) for any product determined to be defective under normal use and service.
Marco’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Labor, installation, and freight costs are not covered. This warranty does not extend to incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, personal property damage, or third-party claims.
While our warranty defines a ten-year term, Marco products are engineered for longevity—built to perform well beyond the warranty period.
Exclusions & Exceptions
This warranty does not apply, and no other warranty applies to:
Normal aging or wear, including fabric softening, stretching, or flattening
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or abnormal use
Damage sustained during transit (see Freight Damages or Shortage under Terms & Conditions)
Modifications or attachments not approved by Marco
Fabrics or materials covered by a separate manufacturer’s warranty
Five (5) years on Sonik® Soft Seating
One (1) year on movable or mechanical parts such as pneumatic lifts, casters, glides, drawer slides, and electrical components
Soft seating foam and/or fabric is subject to stretching, softening, and/or flattening as a result of normal use and/or aging
One (1) year on whiteboard surfaces
Marco products are intended for indoor use only. Variations in color, grain, or texture inherent in natural materials such as laminates, paints, and plastics are normal characteristics—not defects.
