An entrepreneur since age fourteen, Richard has led Marco for the past quarter century. His vision brought the company from a small aquarium stand provider to a premier educational furnishings manufacturer. Richard believes that knowing the details and facility processes makes him a better leader and visionary. He continues to reinvent Marco and their product lines through innovation and cutting-edge solutions. Richard credits his dad and grandfathers for his drive and business acumen as they were successful independent businessmen and mentors who provided hands-on experience throughout his childhood.
