John, a Joplin native, has extensive operations experience and proven success in leading multiple companies’ culture through employee skill and personality identification. His goal at Marco is to retain experienced people and add qualified team members with soft skills that will enhance the positive culture of the organization. He graduated from Bellevue University with a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Strategic Management. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Bellevue University.
John is a Christian who places priority on God, family and friends. In his spare time, he enjoys riding motorcycles with his wife and attending his daughter’s travel volleyball matches.
Fun Fact: John was the Missouri State Super Heavyweight and Most Muscular Winner in 2008.
